Biomet DBMW10 Intergro DBM in a Lipid Carrier w Porous Calcium Granules
10 cc Volume
Part # DBMW10 Exp 10/13
The carrier used in Biomet DBMW10 Intergro DBM is composed primarily of phosphatidylcholine, commonly referred to as lecithin. Lecithin is 100% natural, derived from soybeans, absorbed by the human body, and a key component of cell membrane.
Biomet DBMW10 Intergro DBM is stored at room temperature and is available as a 40% DBM putty, 35% DBM paste, or a 35% DBM PLUS pre-mixed with Pro Osteon 500R granules. Because InterGro® DBM is non-water soluble, it resists lavage/irrigation.
Each lot of InterGro®DBM is validated for osteoinductivity (OI) via the “C2C12” assay. This ensures that only lots with verified OI are released. The lecithin carrier helps to keep the DBM in situ as compared to DBM alone.1
In Perfect sealed condition but expired. Not for human use in the US.
Expiration dates have mostly to do with sterilization and not the integrity of the product. The manufacturers sterilize the products after they are packaged and it lasts so many years. The only products we caution customers about are ones that are absorbable or drug coated.
This is an absorbable item.
There is a $125 minimum order due to the cost of shipping.
